I have embarked on this journey of providing professional education and improving the health status of our society through the services of this medical college and its associated hospital, as per the wishes of my late father, Sri T. Giriyappa.
The teaching hospital offers modern amenities, including diagnostics at an affordable cost. OPD consultations and room/bed services are provided to all sections of society. Special consideration is given to the poor and needy through free medicines, food, and follow-up care.

Our mission is to translate medical knowledge into clinical application and improve the health status of the community. We are also in the process of establishing super-specialty services such as cardiology, cardiac surgery, oncology, nephrology, plastic surgery, and neurosurgery.
